About
I’m a design leader with 20 years of experience focused on the experiences customers have and the teams who create them. I’ve led design at 99designs and Vista, grown a team from 5 to 20 through the Vista acquisition, and helped a 50+ person UX organisation adopt agentic workflows and AI prototyping. I build teams, connect complex services across digital products, customer care and expert design services, and help teams find clarity in messy cross-functional problems.

Diary study from within a product
I ran a diary study using Intercom to observe customers moving through 99designs’ multi-stage design process. The research helped the UX team understand the early experience and improve feedback flows for first-time customers.
